A football knowledge exchange programme

• Sport will be the catalyst for growth and development in a difficult marketplace.
• As well as promoting the individual events within our Association, we will use football to sell Saint Lucia. Player and Coaching Development assistance is actively encouraged.
• All our local coaches need to develop further.
• A programme where players and coaches come over during periods over the next three-four years would be vital to raising the standard of play here.
• We are looking to team up with Universities, Learning & Sporting Institutions that would see coaches and youth from St. Lucia visiting Countries around the world and International coaches and youths visiting here.
• It would be a great chance for people to experience a different side of the Caribbean and a chance for local people to access the knowledge of players and coaches from America in a more extensive way. This works on many levels, as part of the social inclusion, education and health.
