Week 1: Dynamic Stretching

Under 23 Male

This competition shall be played on the same basis as the National League, however, players qualified to participate in the Under 20 competition shall be limited to play in the Under 23 competition. The intention of the under 23 is to allow those persons who cannot participate in the under 23 and the senior team (as least) to play national football.

• Players born on or after January 1st 1986 are eligible.
• Players must not be older than 23 years on the year of the Competition.
• The competition shall be played one year before the Olympic qualifiers Tournament

For competition of age limit:

Teams shall be required to be in possession of a legal individual document and an up to dated photograph and giving full particulars on the date of birth (day, month, and year) of the player.
